Dear Residents / Owners D’Shire Villa,
Kindly be informed to settle the Fire Insurance 2016 and Quit Rent 2016 at the JMB office as soon as possible.
The charges is as follows :-
Fire Insurance – RM 80.00
Quit Rent – RM 20.00
Upon settlement of the insurance premium , you may collect your Certificate of Insurance for your unit accordingly.
For those who have earlier paid, please proceed to collect the Certificate of Insurance from JMB office as soon as possible during office hours.
